Interesting. Did the Irkis do this in winning their freedom, or did a vengeful third party even accounts on their behalf? Really interesting idea of punitive disfigurement, ie the punishment is really everyone knows what you did. There is a lot to that. Very much feels like victor's justice. And did the cutters go after everyone who bought the stuff, or did they run out of jurisdiction? Was cool- would happily read more.
